Theme Coordinator
If you are an expert in some aspect of computer security and would like to host a monthly theme, contact ieee-cybsi@ieee.org to propose a topic. The proposal needs to include the theme you’d propose, a short abstract explaining why this is an exciting and important topic, and the names of three others that you’d invite to be involved in a Q&A series. Finally, include a copy of your resume or explain why you’re the right person to lead this effort for us.
Webinar Developer
If you would like to develop a 30 minute webinar on a computer security topic, contact ieee-cybsi@ieee.org to propose a webinar. The proposal needs to include the topic you’d propose, as well as an abstract explaining why this topic is exciting and what the listener would learn from listening. Finally, include a copy of your resume or explain why you’re the right person to lead this webinar.

If you would like to help us coordinate our community interactions, contact ieee-cybsi@ieee.org to propose what you would do in this volunteer role. Key to this is alignment with the monthly themes; however, there’s plenty of opportunity to innovate. We look forward to your proposal.
Workshop Leads
Several of our sister IEEE communities seek co-sponsored workshops on the intersection of cybersecurity and their sectors. We seek individuals from a wide range of professional backgrounds to help us coordinate and attend these workshops. (See the events website for some examples of upcoming workshops.) Contact ieee-cybsi@ieee.org to propose volunteering for a specific workshop, including an explanation of why you would be a good person to perform this role.
